How is pricing calculated?

          Yes. Weekly, fortnightly, and monthly schedules receive tiered discounts. We confirm your rate before the first clean.

What’s included in a regular clean?
          Kitchen benches, stovetop, exterior appliances, sinks; bathrooms; dusting of reachable surfaces; floors vacuum & mop; bins emptied.
        
      What’s included in a deep clean?
          Everything in a regular clean, plus extra detailing in kitchen/bathrooms, high-touch points, cobweb removal, sills/tracks (reachable), and wall spot marks.
        
      Do you do end-of-lease (bond) cleans?
          Yes. Share your agent’s checklist and any special requirements. We’ll confirm scope, time, and pricing before we start.
        
      What’s the difference between an End-of-Lease clean and a Vacate/Deep clean?
An end-of-lease clean includes more interior/detail items by default, whereas a vacate/deep clean is a heavy clean with those interior details offered as add-ons. For example, windows are included in an end-of-lease clean but optional in a vacate clean.
